Hi, I’m Enrico Sinatra founder of Lalilala.org After years of experience in the world of design and technology, I will launched Lalilala.design in 2025 a company dedicated to Service Design, UX/UI Design, and software development.

Review: As an employee of the biggest French Cooperative Bank, I received reviews from clients and colleagues in French. These reviews highlighted my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with others. They also praised my ability to mentor and support junior team members.
Mentorship: I am a mentor on ADPList, a platform that connects mentors with mentees in the tech industry.
I believe that mentoring is not only about giving confidence, but also about nurturing dreams and emphasizing the importance of knowledge and altruism. Setting goals is part of the game, but emotions are the inner motivation that I cultivate.
My leadership style is collaborative and inclusive. I am influenced by Esther Perel's emphasis on empathy and emotional intelligence, Richard Branson's focus on creativity and innovation, Malala Yousafzai's commitment to education and social justice, Alexis Ohanian's advocacy for diversity and inclusion, and Indra Nooyi's belief in the power of purpose-driven leadership. I believe that leadership is about working together to achieve a common goal, and that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives.
